Ali Dyson's Life in Three Words:
I chose to take a picture of my book, because I feel that as the main character of the book went all over the world to Eat, Pray, and Love. I am doing my very own version in my life.
Today we enjoyed a very relaxed day in Greece. We were able to sleep late to catch up from the flight, and then we had our Greece Orientation. Beth Ann went over all our rules and L.E.A.D. FYI, and then George Mesthos (a Fulbright Scholar located in Greece) talked to us the Greek Orthodox Christian involvement with the immigrants that we will be working with on our service week. He also talked about his account of the riot, that happened on May 5th (he was tear gassed multiple times covering the riot as a journalist), and he taught us some essential Greek words. A large number of us ate at Old Baker’s, and then went to the pool or beach to enjoy the rest of the afternoon. So far, everyone is enjoying Greece to its’ fullest!!
